The EiGEN Architecture Department consists of a group of architects with a comprehensive knowledge of many markets including the healthcare, institutional, commercial, transportation and trading sectors.
The department concentrates its services in the areas of design development, detailing and construction worthy documentation. It makes use of the latest software and engineering tools, entering the process after conceptual design and engineering have been approved. It understands the necessity for construction worthy documentation to be delivered on time and places special importance on co-ordinated detailing.
Stretching the skills of 3D modelling far beyond the simple realisation of finished buildings, the EiGEN Architecture Department employs photo-realistic display programs to show clients the progress of a particular project. A 4D model is used to link the progression to a precise, phase-by-phase timeline for the whole project.
