Processing and Fixed Asset Maintenance Team
Processing team aims at processing of scanned invoice into the system that we receive on daily basis in small batches from the client. At present over 30,000 invoices are processed monthly with less than 8% invoices being held back for query resolution. To ensure quality we carry regular internal audits.
Aphelpdesk
Our specialized aphelpdesk tries to solve all the queries regarding held-up invoices such as requiring purchase order number, solving price issues through regular contact with buyers as well as suppliers. In addition to this, we have got Toll-Free telephone numbers which are accessible to all the clients, suppliers and associates where we try to solve various queries regarding invoice clearances, supplier payments, etc.
E-Commerce Team
Under E-Commerce invoice processing, invoices are directly loaded by supplier into the common server and uploaded in our system thereafter. The invoices are automatically checked and cost-matched for payment. E-Commerce has resulted in reduction in manpower deployment and in saving of time.
