We initiate innovative learning and development programmes to ensure that our people are at the forefront of our vision and strategy. An effective assortment of skill development, behavioural and core programmes are provided to each EiGENian to help them in their succession planning.


Commencing with a structured induction at the beginning to leadership trainings while assuming senior responsibilities, learning and development initiatives are available at each milestone. Emphasis is laid on creativity, innovation, achievement motivation for excellence, empowerment, augmenting communication and interpersonal skills, developing initiative and leadership qualities. Technical Training is provided in house by our experienced team members.


EiGEN offers learning programs to managers to help them acquire the skills and knowledge needed to extract peak performance from their teams. The learning areas covers key management principles of goal setting, delegation, coaching and developing employees, decision-making, handling conflict, managing change, and rewarding and recognizing employees. EiGEN also focuses on feedbacks and has one-to-one coaching sessions for best results.
