  • A full time physiotherapist on board provides timely and relevant services for all EiGENians. Frequent awareness sessions keep all employees aware of the benefits of healthy living.

  • Best Business Unit – a quarterly reward given to the best performing Business Unit.
  • Best Team - a quarterly reward given to the best performing team from a Business Unit.
  • Award for Innovation and Creativity – a quarterly reward awarded for the most innovative and creative initiative.
  • The best at EiGEN are rewarded the “EiGEN Champ of the Month” by the CEO for excellence in performance and making a difference with their presence in the team. For the award ceremony, the recipient takes the trophy along with their spouse / children / family members for their felicitation.
